1. What is The Frugal Foodie? The Frugal Foodie is buffet catering with inclusive pricing for clients who do not need staff, equipment, or cleanup from a full-service catering company. 2. What services does The Frugal Foodie provide? The Frugal Foodie will prepare, deliver, and set out your buffet before leaving the venue. We will provide your food one hour before the event start time. 3. Are beverages, plates, cups, napkins, and flatware included with my delivery? No. Your contract will itemize everything that is included with your meal. The food, disposable chafers, and sternos are included. NO OTHER EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING FOOD TABLES AND FOOD TABLE LINENS, IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR CONTRACT. NO STAFF/SERVERS ARE INCLUDED WITH YOUR CONTRACT. If you need full-service catering, don't hesitate to get in touch with our sister company CHEF360 Catering at (864) 525-7666. 4. Can I make modifications to my menu? Yes, but this will change the price of your menu. The menus have been designed and priced in such a way as to keep the per-person price lower. 5. Can The Frugal Foodie deliver to any location? Yes. There may be additional delivery/mileage charges for specific destinations, but The Frugal Foodie can cater to many different venues. 6. Do I get a tasting? Yes, We do not expect you to spend thousands of dollars without sampling the menu! We do ONE complimentary tasting of your tentative menu for 2 guests. 7. How do I confirm my date? A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated event total along with a signed contract is due to confirm a date. This amount will be based on the proposal created for you. 8. When is the balance payment due? 90 days before the event date, half of the remaining balance is due. This amount is also nonrefundable. The final guest count is due (10) business days before the event date, and the final balance is due (7) business days before the event. There will be NO REFUNDS for drops in guest counts post-deadline. Even when paying by cash or check, CHEF360 Catering must have a credit card/debit card on file. THE FRUGAL FOODIE WILL NOT SERVICE EVENTS THAT STILL HAVE AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT.
